First Update to new Property

When moving into a new property what is the first update that you do? Do you work on the inside or outside of the house? Here at Good Bones Texas, we always start with outdoor motion lights. I go down to any of the Home Depot and pick them out. For the lights next to the front door or that back porch you can use any of the Home Decorator Collection. They will not cost you more then $70. You will also need to buy the LED light bulb. For the side of the house or garage area. I would go with the Defiant 180 degree white LED motion outdoor security lights. You can also update to the 270 Degree 3-Head White LED Motion Outdoor Security Light. Both the 180 and 270 degree lights are water proof . The set up light should not be more then 30 minutes per light. You do hard wire them, which means that after you set them up you will never have to think about them. They will last as long as you live at the house.

No matter what part of town that you live in. You can use motion light to help with your everyday life. If you come home after dark you will be welcomed home with light. This will also help with people that should not be by your house. Light will help prevent burglaries. People that are up to no good will always go to the darkest house on the block. If you are home and your lights come on. You know to be on a look out. You know that something or someone is outside.
